Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile applications published by NoWi Apps on Google Play handle information. It applies to these apps:
- White Screen Flashlight (cz.nowi.whitescreen)
- LED Flashlight – Bright Light (cz.nowi.ledflashlight)
- Screen Flashlight Color light (cz.nowi.screen.flashlight)
- Barcode inventory stock take (cz.nowi.inventorypro)
1. Who we are
The apps are developed and published by Lukáš Winter, trading as NoWi Apps, Prague, Czech Republic. For any privacy question or request, contact us at wipraapp@gmail.com.
2. Summary
- We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise (GPS) location.
- We do not run our own servers that receive data from the apps.
- The free flashlight apps show ads. The advertising and analytics partners listed below collect certain device data to serve, measure and personalise ads and to report crashes.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. In US states with privacy laws you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your data and of targeted advertising.
- Barcode inventory stock take does not contain ads and does not collect or share any data. Your inventory stays on your device.
3. Device permissions

4. Advertising
White Screen Flashlight, LED Flashlight and Screen Flashlight Color light are free and show ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob can fill ad requests through these mediation partners:

These partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect. Depending on your consent and region, they may collect:
- Device or other identifiers: the Android advertising ID and app set ID.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address. No GPS location is used.
- App interactions: for example app launches, ad views and ad clicks.
- App info and performance: device model, operating system version, crash logs and diagnostic data.
The purposes are showing ads, limiting how often you see the same ad, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud and, where you allow it, personalising ads. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
5. Analytics and crash reporting
LED Flashlight and Screen Flashlight Color light use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the apps are used and to find crashes. It collects app interactions, device information, crash and diagnostic data and the app instance ID. It does not collect your name or contact details. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
6. Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the apps ask for your consent through Google's consent management platform, which is certified under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. You can accept, reject or set your choices for each purpose and partner. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised or limited ads.
You can change your choice at any time under Privacy options in the app: the shield button in White Screen Flashlight, Settings in LED Flashlight, or the app menu in Screen Flashlight Color light.
7. Your choices in US states
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Texas), the use of your data for targeted advertising may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out:
- through the privacy message shown in the app, or later under Privacy options (see section 6). Your choice is saved on your device in the standard IAB format and applied to ad requests made through Google AdMob. White Screen Flashlight also passes it directly to each mediation partner listed in section 4;
- by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads).
We do not sell personal information for money and we do not knowingly sell or share data of users under 16.
8. Your advertising ID
You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID at any time in Settings › Privacy › Ads. After deletion, the apps and their partners can no longer use it to personalise ads.
9. Children
The apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Ad content in the apps is limited to a general audience. If you believe a child has provided data through an app, contact us and we will help to have it removed.
10. Data stored on your device
Settings such as brightness, colours and your consent choice are saved only on your device. Inventory lists, scanned codes and files in Barcode inventory stock take are stored only on your device, or wherever you choose to export or share them. Uninstalling an app deletes its data from the device.
11. Retention and deletion
We do not keep any user data on our own servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. Data collected by the advertising and analytics partners is kept and deleted according to their own policies linked above. You can request access to or deletion of that data directly from the partner, or contact us and we will help.
12. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the apps change. The current version is always published at this address, with its effective date at the top.
